9bbd8 ("Platform", "we" or "Company") provides an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") forms a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and 9bbd8. By accessing the website or creating an account, you agree to comply with these full terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling guidelines.

This Agreement applies in both English and Bengali; in the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. 9bbd8 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the 9bbd8 platform. For adults only — "21+ age required". Account creation or use by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 Geographic Restrictions

9bbd8 services are available to users in Bangladesh, however participating from areas where online betting is legally prohibited or restricted is entirely the user's own responsibility. By accessing the platform you confirm that use of these services is legally permitted in your area.

1.3 Prohibition on Multiple Accounts

Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, or IP address will result in forfeiture of bonuses and permanent closure of all associated accounts.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When creating an account you must provide accurate and complete information, including: your full name, date of birth, a Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed at any time.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

9bbd8 may request completion of an identity verification process (Know Your Customer or KYC) at any time. As part of this process you may be required to submit the following documents:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of bank account or mobile banking account
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Selfie or live verification if required

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is completed. Verification is generally completed within 24 hours.

2.3 Account Security

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 9bbd8 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This minimum applies across all methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposit transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed:

• The withdrawal account must match the deposit account
• 9bbd8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals if an account is suspended or under review

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will add an additional ৳5,000 as a bonus. For bonus funds to become withdrawable, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must complete a 25x turnover requirement.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus wagering terms are as follows:

• Wagering requirement: 25x (bonus + deposit amount)
• Bonus validity period: 30 days (from the date of activation)
• Different contribution rates may apply for specific game categories
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled

• Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is determined based on regular activity and loyalty to the platform. 9bbd8 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

9bbd8 strictly prohibits abuse of the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets, or obtaining bonuses by fraudulent means. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on 9bbd8 are placed at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a live cash-out feature is available). If there is insufficient account balance to place a bet, the bet will not be processed.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and international football:

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 9bbd8's own rules
• For live betting, odds are subject to change and 9bbd8 reserves the right to suspend any market at any time
• Maximum bet limits per match are set by 9bbd8 and are subject to change
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted after an event has started

5.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game has its own rules which can be found within the game interface. Bets for games cancelled due to a technical fault will be refunded. The rules of game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) also apply.

5.4 Odds and Payouts

All odds and payout rates at 9bbd8 are displayed on the platform. 9bbd8 reserves the right to change odds at any time, however the odds on bets that have already been confirmed will not be changed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9bbd8 platform and any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or the system
• Fraudulent collusion with other members (matched betting or collusion)
• Creating multiple accounts with false information
• Attempting fraud through chargebacks or credit card disputes
• Attempts at hacking or unauthorized technical interference
• Systematic abuse of promotions or bonuses (including arbitrage betting)

7.1 Data Collection and Use

9bbd8 uses your personal information solely for the purposes of providing platform services, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not share your information with third parties for any commercial purpose without your consent.

• Use of the account by a minor or an ineligible person
• Instructions from a regulatory or law enforcement body

8.3 Post-Closure Process

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, 9bbd8 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings. Verifiable original deposit funds are generally returned, but may be held until the conclusion of any investigation.

9.1 Service Availability

9bbd8 does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events. 9bbd8 will not be liable for any loss arising from such circumstances.

9.2 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

All betting decisions are made entirely at the user's own responsibility. 9bbd8 does not guarantee the outcome of any bet or any winnings, and is not responsible for any money lost. Gambling carries financial risk — participate only after fully understanding this.

9.3 Third-Party Responsibility

9bbd8 uses software from game providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, etc.). 9bbd8 is not directly responsible for technical errors in these games, however every effort will be made to provide the best possible resolution in the event of such issues.

10.1 Setting Limits
